Northwestern Medicine welcomes Rachel K Miller, MD, MSEd, from University of Pennsylvania & Philadelphia CMC-VA Medical Center, to discuss her teaching Geriatrics outside the hospital. Dr. Miller is an Associate Professor and Vice Chief of Education in the Division of Geriatrics. Her clinical interests include home care medicine, graduate medical education-focus on aging, transitions of care and community based resources.
