Linda I. Suleiman, MD, associate professor of Orthopaedic Surgery and Medical Education at Northwestern Medicine, joined other members of Women Orthopaedist Global Outreach (WOGO) on a mission trip to Georgetown, Guyana.
During their time there, the team completed 62 knee replacements for 50 patients. Joining Dr. Suleiman from Northwestern Medicine were:

WOGO’s vision is to transform lives in under-served global communities by reducing the chronic burden of arthritis and disability through total joint reconstruction while empowering, educating and engaging women and their larger community in developing counties around the world.
