June 2024 CASE REPORT: COMPLEX STONE DISEASE WITH A COMPLEX ANATOMYAmy E. Krambeck, MD, presents a case of a 44-year-old woman with a history of spina bifida who had previously been treated for stone disease and has a history of recurring stones and UTIs. She had a handful of stones in her left kidney and a large stone in her right kidney. Her left kidney was rotated over the spine while her right kidney was posterior.
