ADVANCING CARDIOVASCULAR CARE THROUGH AI

The Northwestern Medicine Center for AI at Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute is introduced by Baljash S. Cheema, MD, heart failure and transplant cardiologist and assistant professor of Cardiology at Northwestern Medicine, and Faraz S. Ahmad, MD, heart failure and transplant cardiologist and associate director of the center.

Dr. Cheema and Dr. Ahmad highlight the benefits of using AI for cardiovascular care and the interdisciplinary expertise of the team. In addition, Adrienne S. Kline, MD, PhD, head of Artificial Intelligence and Engineering at the center, discusses current initiatives for using AI-enabled technologies to analyze medical imaging more efficiently.
