As oncology treatments have dramatically improved, there are now an estimated 18 million cancer survivors in the U.S. Dr. Akhter gives insight into patient advocacy to bridge care between cardiology and oncology, and how advanced cardiac imaging is delivering earlier detection of cardiotoxicity for complex, advanced oncology patients.
