Topic: Difficult Dilemmas: Refractory Constipation ("How I Do It")

Program Objectives: 
After attending this educational activity, participants should be able to:
  • Identify the rationale for early testing for functional defecation disorders.
  • Choose which over-the-counter therapies are most effective for treating functional constipation.

Target Audience:
This program is appropriate for gastroenterologists, hepatologists, surgeons performing endoscopic, laparoscopic and thoracic procedures, nurses, nurse practitioners and other allied healthcare professionals.
