RITUXIMAB AND PREGNANCY: LATE-ONSET NEUTROPENIA IN A 2-MONTH INFANT WHOSE MOTHER RECEIVED RITUXIMAB 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO CHILDBIRTH

This case report, published to SageJournals, focuses on late-onset neutropenia (LON) in an infant whose mother received rituximab during pregnancy for neuromyelitis optica. The newborn developed grade IV neutropenia 2 months after birth, which resolved within 1 week.
