Despite three previous eye muscle surgeries performed at other institutions, the patient continued to face challenges in maintaining eye contact, a consequence of persistent misalignment. Dr. Langguth discusses how an additional surgery at Northwestern Medicine successfully addressed the extensive scar tissue and markedly improved the patient’s eye alignment.
