Bill Gradishar, MD, chief of Hematology and Oncology at Northwestern Medicine, explores advances in breast cancer therapy. Dr. Gradishar, deputy director for the Clinical Network of the Lurie Cancer Center, also discusses the full spectrum of clinical trials available for patients with breast cancer at Northwestern Medicine.

​As founding chair of the Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Symposium, hosted by the Lurie Cancer Center at Northwestern Medicine, Dr. Gradishar has welcomed leading experts from around the world to present, discuss and evaluate state-of-the-art breast cancer treatment strategies since 1998. "Now, 25 years later, we're very grateful that this has become one of the national meetings that clinicians look to for understanding of the most recent updates in the treatment of breast cancer," he says.
