​NORTHWESTERN MEDICINE EXPERTS AT THE AATS 104TH ANNUAL MEETING

The American Association for Thoracic Surgery (AATS) hosted its 104th Annual Meeting in Toronto, Canada, and online from April 27 through April 30. At AATS, physicians grew their expertise, networked with leading experts, and helped build the future of thoracic surgery. NORTHWESTERN MEDICINE EXPERTS AT THE 2024 AATS AORTIC SYMPOSIUM

​The 2024 AATS Aortic Symposium, the 20th in a series of biennial symposia that spans 38 years, is a two-day symposium focused on the pathophysiology, diagnosis and treatment of aortic aneurysms and dissections. This conference is designed for cardiovascular and thoracic surgeons, cardiac anesthesiologists, CT residents, perfusionists, ICU and OR nurses and those involved with the care of individuals with aortic disease. The meeting has come to be recognized as the primary international forum for this aspect of cardiothoracic surgery. We encourage you to attend the presentations listed below, either virtually or in person, given by several distinguished cardiovascular physicians from Northwestern Medicine.​
