In response to the growing need for full-service evaluation clinics close to where our patients live and work, Northwestern Medicine has opened Liver Transplant Care clinics throughout Northern and Central Illinois as well as Northwest Indiana. Our focus on community outreach benefits patients and their physicians by providing many of our pre-transplant services closer to home. Our goal in offering these services so conveniently is that it will lead to an excellent patient experience and a successful transplant.
