September 2025 RECURRENT HIGH-GRADE PROSTATE CANCER FOLLOWING RADIATION THERAPYAshley Ross, MD, PhD, presents a case involving a 74-year-old man with recurrent prostate cancer. After initial treatment with radiation and androgen deprivation therapy, rising PSA levels prompted further investigation using MRI and PET scans.
