CASE REPORT: HOLEP FOR PERSISTENT LUTS AFTER AQUABLATION

Amy E. Krambeck, MD, presents the case of a 70-year-old male who underwent an aquablation for lower urinary track symptoms. After the procedure, the patient experienced chronic UTIs and an obstructed prosthetic urethra. He turned to Dr. Krambeck for a holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HOLEP), removing 189 grams of tissue.
