EDWARD SCHAEFFER, MD, PHD, ON BUILDING A STRONG UROLOGY TEAM

In an interview with Urology Times, Edward M. Schaeffer, MD, PhD, discusses the leadership and committee structure in the Department of Urology at Northwestern Medicine. Dr. Schaeffer has intentionally developed a strong urology team within Northwestern Medicine's 11-hospital system. Over the past five years, the department added 18 urologists across eight different sites in the Chicago area to help improve access to high-quality urology care.
