UPDATE ON TECHNIQUES AND TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCES IN CATARACT SURGERY – AN In-Person CME program

​Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this symposium, attendees will:
  • Compare and contrast premium IOLs, including light adjustable, EDOF, diffractive, and toric, and expand on the dos and don’ts related to refractive cataract surgery.
  • Appraise various technologies available for imaging, biometry, capsulorhexis and cataract removal, and identify which patients benefit most from its use.
  • Discuss options for secondary IOL and surgical challenges associated with complex cataracts, and the surgical nuances to manage them.
