PROPER GONIOLENS TECHNIQUE FOR OPTIMAL SURGICAL OUTCOMES

This technique includes tilting the lens temporally to improve visibility of the angle while avoiding striae formation, focusing on positioning strategies for a clearer view during goniotomy.
