A lecture on the needs of women with epilepsy regarding contraception, pregnancy, and breastfeeding, and the possible interactions with their anti-seizure medications, provided by the leading physicians in that arena.

  1. Explain how to make a postpartum antiseizure medication taper plan for pregnant patients
  2. Review the benefits of breastfeeding and how to promote breastfeeding by mothers with epilepsy
  3. Discuss postpartum sleep and safety
