NORTHWESTERN MEDICINE EXPERTS AT ACC 2025

The American College of Cardiology (ACC) held its annual meeting this year in Chicago, Illinois, and online from March 29 through March 31. At ACC.25, physicians from around the world had an opportunity to connect and explore the latest science and innovation to gain the valuable insights necessary to transform cardiovascular care for all. Several Northwestern Medicine physicians presented their research and participated in panel discussions over the three-day conference. You can find this information below.

Four Northwestern Medicine Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute physicians were interviewed before and during ACC.25. Watch their interviews below.
Following ACC.25, Clyde W. Yancy, MD, MSc, participated in a podcast interview where he discussed the Top Heart Failure Takeaways from 2025 including trials SUMMIT and BaxHTN, the ACC/AHA Blood Pressure Guidelines, and more. Listen to the podcast interview here.
